第16届亚洲建协大会于6月27日-28日在马来西亚吉隆坡召开。此次大会以Rejuvenation（复兴）为主题，探讨建筑师这一古老的职业在经历千年的发展、转变、复苏等变迁之后，亚洲建筑师该如何振兴这一职业。
赵扬应邀出席了此次大会，并分享了他在中国西南地区的几个项目以及在日本的灾后重建项目气仙沼市共有之家。
16th Asian Congress of Architects was held on 27th – 28th June in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The congress themed as “Rejuvenation”, exploring that “Architects being one of oldest professionals has indeed undergone many cycles of development, transformation and revival – a variety of rejuvenations over the millennia. How are we to rejuvenate such a long established profession in Asia?”. (ACA16 in Kuala Lumpur)
Yang Zhao was invited to this Congress, sharing his several projects in the southwestern area of China and Home-for-All in Kennuma, Japan.
